Let's build something Real — together.
I'm a Realtor® based in Savannah, and I made the move to Real Broker, LLC. If you're an agent thinking about a change — more of your commission, real equity instead of just a paycheck, and a partner instead of a boss — I'd like to show you what that move looks like, and what partnering with me locally actually means for you.
This is a partnership. It is not a team.
If you join Real with me listed as your sponsor, you are not joining my team, and you are not giving me a cut of your commissions. You keep 100% of your business — your clients, your brand, your listings, your name on the sign.
What we build together is a partnership between two independent agents at the same brokerage: we send each other referrals, share local knowledge, and back each other up when it helps — without either of us handing over a piece of every deal to make that happen. Any revenue share tied to sponsorship is funded by Real out of the company's own split, never carved out of yours.
What you actually get at Real
The short version of a longer conversation I'm happy to have with you. These are the numbers and tools Real currently publishes for its agents — I'll walk through the exact, up-to-date figures with you on a call.
Keep more of every commission
Real's standard structure is an 85/15 split with an annual cap. Once you hit it, you keep 100% of your commission for the rest of your anniversary year — no franchise fee, no monthly desk fee.
Revenue share Real pays, not you
Real shares part of its own commission split across up to five sponsorship tiers. It's funded by the company's side of the split, so it never comes out of your paycheck — or mine.
Real equity, not just a check
Agents who cap can become eligible for stock awards in Real (Nasdaq: REAX) — actual ownership in a growing, publicly traded brokerage, on top of your commissions.
Tech that actually saves you time
reZEN handles transactions and e-signatures end to end, and Leo, Real's built-in AI assistant, is there for a listing description or a compliance question at 2am just as much as at 2pm.
Your license travels with you
Real operates across all 50 states, D.C., and several Canadian provinces. If you relocate, refer a client out of the area, or just want the option someday, your split and your revenue share go with you.
A culture built to be shared
"Work Hard. Be Kind." isn't just a wall poster — agents at Real tend to actually answer each other's questions. That's the same spirit I want to bring to partnering locally here in Savannah.
Partnering with me vs. joining a team
A lot of agents I talk to have already given up part of their commission to a team leader. Here's the actual difference.
| A typical team | Partnering with me at Real | |
|---|---|---|
| Commission | Give up 20–40%+ of every deal to the team leader, indefinitely | Keep your full 85/15 split with Real — I never touch your commission |
| Branding | Often build under the team's name and brand | You keep your own name, brand, and client relationships |
| Leads | Leads usually belong to the team, not you | Your leads and your book of business stay 100% yours |
| Support | Mentorship and backup at the team leader's discretion | Local knowledge, referrals, and backup — because it helps us both, not out of obligation |
| Upside | Your ceiling is set by the team structure | Capped only by Real's published cap — and it resets every year |
Twenty years in IT, now pointed at real estate.
Before real estate, I spent two decades in IT — programming, plus hardware and software support for Windows and Mac. I tend to build my own systems instead of relying on whatever's handed to me, and that carries over into how I work with other agents.
Partner with me here in the Savannah / Richmond Hill / Pooler market and that's what you get on the side: someone already automating a lot of the busywork, plus a standing local network. I run a Friday-morning meetup for agents at Cutters Point Coffee near Isle of Hope, and a casual Friday video call for our wider referral group, wherever they're licensed. None of it requires you to give up anything to be part of it.

Not ready to commit, or just want to see the actual numbers first? Let's talk it through — no pressure, no obligation.
Before you ask — here's what most agents want to know
Does partnering with you cost me anything, or come out of my commission?
No. Any revenue share tied to sponsorship is funded by Real out of the company's side of the split — never carved out of your commission checks. You simply keep your own split with Real (85/15 up to your cap, then 100%).
Is this a team? Do I have to give up leads or my branding?
No. You run your own business under your own name and brand. We're two independent agents at the same brokerage helping each other with referrals, overflow, and local knowledge — nothing changes about how you build your own book of business.
What if I'm not in the Savannah area?
Real operates nationwide across all 50 states plus D.C. and several Canadian provinces, so this works wherever you're licensed. Being local to Savannah just means we can also collaborate on referrals in this market specifically.
I'm happy where I am — why would I even look at this?
You might not need to. But if franchise fees, a shrinking split, or a team leader's cut are eating into what you actually take home, it's worth 15 minutes to see the numbers side by side. No pressure either way.
What exactly is the current split, cap, and fee structure?
Real updates these figures from time to time, so rather than quote you something that might be a little stale, let's go over the current numbers together on a quick call — I'd rather you have the real figures than an outdated blog post.
Ready to see what this looks like for you?
No pressure, no obligation — just a straight-shooting conversation about whether this makes sense for your business.
